Samuel Perez is an associate with over 10 years of real-world experience in the automotive and corporate industry. He understands the nuts and bolts of both the automotive industry but also the corporate world.

As Houston Native, Sam is a graduate of South Texas College of Law where he was an editor on the Corporate Law Review. Sam has spent time on Capital Hill in Washington D.C., and before attending law school was a Texas licensed Firefighter. In 2022, Sam was given the opportunity to Co-author a CLE paper for the 15th Annual Damages in Civil Litigation titled Final Judgments and What lies Beyond. Prior to attending law school, Sam worked for Discount Tire Co for over 10 years. His positions ranged from operations manager to safety and marketing manager.

Prior to joining the firm, Sam worked as an associate at a Houston firm involved, first and third-party insurance related disputes, and other general liability matter. Sam also specialized in post-judgment collections. His practice focuses on complex corporate and business litigation, premises liability, Transportation and trucking, insurance defense matters, and commercial collections.
